Do you charge a call-out fee?We don't charge a call-out fee but we do have a minimum spend of R450. You may use it for 1 item or make up the amount with additional items.

How long will it take to clean my items? The time will be dependant on the amount of items, the size of these items & how dirty/soiled these items are.
-
Does it have to be a sunny day to clean upholstery? No, we can still deep clean all your upholstery needs. The drying time will be affected by the weather but simply opening a window will speed up the drying process. We use powerful water extraction machines that draw out most of the water.
-
Are stains guranteed to come out?Stain removal is not guaranteed as there are many elements that can effect the severity of a stain. Whilst we do offer stain removal and provide high grade stain removers, there is a 50/50 chance of removal.
-
Why are spots reappearing after cleaning? The spot that was treated seeped back into the backing of the carpet or upholstery and possibly even the padding. This term is known as “wicking”. This usually occurs with pet urine or large amounts of spilled substances. When the carpet or upholstery is cleaned, the stain is removed from the pile of the carpeting. As the carpet dries, the moisture settles back into the carpet and into the pile. These reappearing stains often require an additional clean and in some cases leave permenant stains.
-
How long do I wait until I can walk on my carpets? We do not reccommend walking on your carpets until they are dry, this can take anywhere from 2 - 6 hours in summer and 4 - 12 hours in winter. Allowing enough air flow into a room can increase your drying time considerably. You are able to request plastic sheeting to line area's that require walking whilst these carpets dry.
-
Do I need to do anything before Freshen Up arrives? We ask that all personal items or any obstructions be removed before we arrive to ensure the items you requested to be cleaned are obstruction free. If larger items cannot be removed, we ask that you make us aware before arriving to ensure we can plan accordingly.
-
How often do I need to clean my carpets & upholstery? It is reccomended that you clean all carpets and upholstery atleast twice a year to prevent excessive soiling, this does depend on the use of these items and can ensure the longevitiy of these items. If you have children, pets, smokers, or just a large family in general, you may require cleaning more regularly.
-
Why do I need to get my carpets cleaned if there are no visible marks?Carpets & upholstery that you do not clean & properly maintain have the potential to cause a variety of health problems. Regular cleaning extends the life span of these items and could save you a lot of money in the long run.
-

How is upholstery cleaning different from carpet cleaning?Upholstery in general requires gentler handling and specific cleaning methods according to the fabric. Too much water on upholstery can cause bacteria or mold to grow, bringing out unpleasant odors and cause the fabric to become soiled more quickly in the future.
